ALLISON AND WIFE, IRENE ALLISON,- PURSUANT TO PROVISIONS OF COMMISSIONERS' COURT ORDER NO. 13784 ENTERED ON AUGUST 24, 1979 On this the 12th day of May, 1980, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of authorizing the payment to A. P. Allison and wife, Irene Allison, of certain compensation conditionally authorized pursuant to the provisions of Commissioners' Court Order No. 13784 entered on the 24th day of August, 1979; and it appearing to the Court that pursuant to the provisions of said order No. 13784, Kerr County did agree to pay certain additional compensation to A. P. Allison and wife, Irene Allison as a result of their having conveyed a parcel of right of way to the State of Texas for the relocation of a portion of F. M. Road 479, which compensation was to be payable in lieu of severance damages and in the event of an exchange of ownership of two severed remainders of land between the said A. P. Allison and wife, and O. B. It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and un- animously approved by the Court that the action of the Chas.
