On this the 12th day of May, 1980, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be paid the heirs of Clergy E. Hollimon, deceased, for their. un-
divided 1/5th interest in a parcel pf right of way designated as Parcel No. 1 of the Loop 534
right of way, which parcel comprises 0.097 acre out of Survey 148, J. A. Southmayd and
consists of a previously severed portion of the original Hollimon Cemetery Tract; and it
appearing to the Court that Bessie L. Hollimon, Lisa Dawn Merritt, daughter and only surviv-
ing heir at law of Oren Eugene Hollimon, deceased; Kenneth W. Hollimon, ima Sue Hollimon
Bauer, James S. Hollimon, John Edgar Hollimon, and Billie Jean Clower Galloway, (the afore-
said persons with the exception of Bessie L. Hollimon being the sole surviving heirs at law
of Frederick J. Hollimon, deceased, a son of Clergy E. Hollimon) who comprise all of the
heirs at law and successors in title to Clergy E. Hollimon, have heretofore agreed to accept
Kerr County's offer to pay them the total sum of $200.02 for their jointly owned undivided
one-fifth interest in the said Parcel No. l; it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County pay
the aforesaid heirs of Clergy E. Hollimon, deceased, the sum of $200.02 as consideration for
their conveyance of their undivided 1/5th interest in the aforesaid Parcel No. 1 to the State
of Texas; and it is further ordered that upon approval for filing by the State Department of
Highways and Public Transportation and upon final title approval, seven vouchers in the total
amount of $200.02 be drawn on the Loop 534 right of way fund payable as follows:

NO. 14009 ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO A. P. ALLISON AND WIFE, IRENE ALLISON,- PURSUANT TO
PROVISIONS OF COMMISSIONERS' COURT ORDER NO. 13784 ENTERED ON AUGUST 24, 1979
On this the 12th day of May, 1980, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of authorizing the payment to A. P. Allison and wife, Irene Allison, of certain
compensation conditionally authorized pursuant to the provisions of Commissioners' Court
Order No. 13784 entered on the 24th day of August, 1979; and it appearing to the Court that
pursuant to the provisions of said order No. 13784, Kerr County did agree to pay certain
additional compensation to A. P. Allison and wife, Irene Allison as a result of their having
conveyed a parcel of right of way to the State of Texas for the relocation of a portion of
F. M. Road 479, which compensation was to be payable in lieu of severance damages and in the
event of an exchange of ownership of two severed remainders of land between the said A. P.
Allison and wife, and O. B. Walker and wife; and it further appearing to the Court that the
aforesaid parties have duly executed a deed of exchange as to their respective severed land
remainders, which deed was filed for record in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County
on the 24th day of April, 1980, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by

sum of $3,796.00 due A. P. Allison and wife, Irene Allison under the provisions of the said
Order No. 13,784 as compensation for the appraised difference of value of the two exchanged ~,y~

On this the 12th day of May 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved payment to Kerrville Telephone Company,
in the amount of $14,908.74, payable out of Highway 16 Right-of-Way Fund, for utility adjust-
ment on State Highway No. 16, Account No. 8015-1-30- Part II.

NO. 14011 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED RADIO TOWER LEASE AGREEMENT TO STATE COMPTROLLER DEPARTMENT
AND AUTHORIZATION OF ONE-HALF OF MONTHLY RENTAL TO BE PAID TO THE CITY OF KERRVILLE
On this the 12th day of May 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the proposed Radio Tower Lease Agreement to
the State Comptroller Department and authorized that one-half of the monthly rental be paid to
the City of Kerrville, in such manner as the County Auditor may deem appropriate.

NO. 14012 RATIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF INVESTMENT OF CERTAIN FUNDS OUT OF KERR COUNTY
PERMANENT SCHOOL FUND
On this the 12 day of May, 1980, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of ratification and confirmation of the investment of certain funds out of the Kerr
County Permanent School Fund;
And it appearing to the Court that the sum of $23,000.00 out of the principal account has
been invested as required by law.
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and un-
animously approved by the Court that the action of the Chas. Schreiner Bank, whereby an invest-
ment of $23,000.00 from the account of the Kerr County Permanent School Fund in
purchase oŁ money market certificate, CD 9016 dated
5-7-80 due 11-5-80 @ 10.790$,
be in all things ratified and confirmed.

NO. 14013 TRANSFER OF $9,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO HIGH~JAY 16 RIGHT-OF-WAY FUND
On this the 12th day of May 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer
be authorized to apportion the sum of $9,000.00 from the General Fund to the Highway 16 Right-
of-Way Fund.

On this the 12th day of May 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer
be authorized to transfer the sum of $41,000.00 from the General Fund to the Loop 534 Right-
of-Way Fund and authorized direct transfer back to the General Fund upon receipt from State
on R/W purchases.
