ORDER APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF ASSISTANT
COUNTY AUDITOR
TO THE HONORABLE COMMISSIONER'S COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS:
WHEREAS, the Honorable Don Williamson, County Auditor of Kerr County, Texas, has
certified to the undersigned District Judges of Kerr County, Texas, his appointment, pursuant
to Article 1650, V.A.C.S., as amended, of Doris J. Henderson as Assistant County Auditor, to
serve at an annual salary of $8,280.00 and to be authorized to act Łor the County Auditor
during his absence or unavoidable detention with respect to such duties as are required by
law of the County Auditor, such certification of appointment being attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned District Judges having carefully considered the County Auditor's
application for approval of the foregoing appointment and having made all necessary inquiries
concerning the qualifications of the said Doris J. Henderson to serve as Assistant County
Auditor, and the reasonableness of the salary requested,
IT IS ORDERED that such appointment be and the same is hereby approved, and the under-
signed District Judges do hereby certify that Doris J. Henderson shall serve as Assistant
County Auditor at an annual salary of $8,280.00, upon her taking the official oath of office
and giving such bond as is required by the County Auditor.

In accordance with Article 1650 of V.T.C.S., I certify that I have appointed an Assistant
County Auditor.
An Official Bond has been required in the amount of $5000.00, payable in favor of yourselves.
The Appointee is Doris J. Henderson. She has been in the employ of Kerr County since 1970.
Doris worked as bookkeeper for the County Clerk's office until the end of 1977. She has been
with the County Auditor's office from January 1, 1973 until present. Her present salary is
$8280.00 per annum.
In counties where only one assistant is appointed, such assistant shall be authorized to act
for the County Auditor during his absence or unavoidable detention with respect to such
duties as are required by law of the County Auditor.
