Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 14021 ORDER CONCURRING TN APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE CONTRACT On this the 23rd day of May, 1980 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of concurring in the approval of an Amendment of the existing Medical Service Contract between Anthony Smith d/b/a Kerr Emergency Medical Service and the City of Kerrville ~~ and Kerr County and it appearing to the Court that the City of Kerrville has heretofore on the 13th day of May, 1980 approved a revision of paragraph IV of the existing contract captioned "Charges Permitted Contractor", a copy of which is appended as "Exhibit A" hereto and it further appearing to the Court that the revision of charges to be made by the Con- tractor is both necessary and reasonable, it is Ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Garrett, Speakmon, and Lich and Judge Julius R. Neunhoffer voting "Aye" and Commissioner Guthrie voting "No" and approved by majority vote that Kerr County concur in the Contract Amendment as aforesaid and as set forth in the attached "Exhibit A". ("EXHIBIT A" filed but not recorded) o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 14022 ORDER APPROVING PROPOSED BUDGET AND LOCAL FINANCING FOR 1980 AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM On this the 23rd day of May, 1980 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of approval of proposed budgets and local £inancinq requirements for the 1980 airport improvement program and as heretofore approved by the City of Kerrville subject to approval by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that the aforesaid matters as heretofore approved by the City of Kerrville on May 13, 1980 are reasonable and in the best interests furthering the orderly development of the Kerrville-Kerr County Airport, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and un- ,~''~ animously approved by the Court that the aforesaid budgets and local financing requirements, including the proposed budget for ADAP Project Pao. 5-48-0121-05 and as filed with the Clerk of the Court be approved by Kerr County as to all matters therein set forth. t o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 14023 APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS FOR AIRPORT SECURITY FENCING On this the 23rd day of May 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved specifications for Airport Security Fencing at Kerrville-Kerr County Airport, ADAP PROJECT NO. 5-48-0121-05, as submitted by Motheral Industries, Inc., Engineer, and as previously approved by the City of Kerrville. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 14024 APPROVAL OF AGREEMEIQT WITH MOTHERAL INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR APRON EXTENSION AND TAXI64AY FOR KERRVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT On this the 23rd day of Play 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved an Agreement between Kerr County 5'71. and the City of Kerrville and Motheral Industries, Inc., for Engineering Services for Apron Extension and Taxiway for the Kerrville Municipal Airport and that the County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer, be authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 14025 APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH MOTHERAL INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT REPORT FOR THE KERRVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT On this the 23rd day of May 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved an Agreement between Kerr County and the City of Kerrville and Motheral Industries, Inc. for Engineering Services for Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Kerrville Municipal Airport and that the County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer, be authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 14026 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF REAL OAKS On this the 23rd day of May 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Real Oaks, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 1. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 14027 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF GREEN HILL ADDITION On this the 23rd day of May 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Green Hill Addition, comprising 1.16 acres, Survey No. 120, Walter Fosgate. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 14028 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SILVER VALLEY ESTATES On this the 23rd day of May 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Silver Valley Estates (being Lot No. 3 of Silver Hills) comprising 19.66 acres, Svy. 109, W. A. Sawyer, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 2. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 14029 ORDER CONCURRING IN THE ADOPTION OF KERRVILLE-KERB COUNTY AIRPORT POLICIES AND STANDARDS AS SET FORTH IN CITY OF KERRVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 79-20 AND PROPOSED AMENDMENT THERETO On this the 23rd day of May, 1980 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of concurring with the City of Kerrville in the matter of adopting the policies and standards governing the operation of the Kerrville-Kerr County Airport; and it appearing to the Court that the City of Kerrville has heretofore adopted the said written standards as passed by the Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Airport Board, having done so pursuant to the provisions of City of Kerrville, Texas Ordinance No. 79-20 finally adopted on the 14th day of August, 1979, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County concur in the adoption of the Kerrville-Kerr County Airport Policies and Standards as aforesaid and as heretofore adopted by the City of Kerrville and it is further ordered that a copy of said Airport Policies and Standards as are appended to :the said Ordinance No. 79-20 be filed with the Clerk of the Court; and it is further ordered that the amendment to the said Airport Policies and Standardk
