NO. 14029 ORDER CONCURRING IN THE ADOPTION OF KERRVILLE-KERB COUNTY AIRPORT POLICIES AND
STANDARDS AS SET FORTH IN CITY OF KERRVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 79-20 AND PROPOSED
AMENDMENT THERETO
On this the 23rd day of May, 1980 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of concurring with the City of Kerrville in the matter of adopting the policies and
standards governing the operation of the Kerrville-Kerr County Airport; and it appearing to
the Court that the City of Kerrville has heretofore adopted the said written standards as
passed by the Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Airport Board, having done so pursuant to the
provisions of City of Kerrville, Texas Ordinance No. 79-20 finally adopted on the 14th day
of August, 1979, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner
Garrett and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County concur in the adoption of the
Kerrville-Kerr County Airport Policies and Standards as aforesaid and as heretofore adopted
by the City of Kerrville and it is further ordered that a copy of said Airport Policies and
Standards as are appended to :the said Ordinance No. 79-20 be filed with the Clerk of the
Court; and it is further ordered that the amendment to the said Airport Policies and Standardk

On this the 23rd day of May 1980, came on to be considered by the Court, the application
of Dorothy Smith, County Treasurer, for authority to appoint and deputize Laverne Crenshaw,
as Deputy County Treasurer. Upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commission-
er Lich, with Commissioners Garrett, Speakmon and Lich and County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Guthrie "ABSTAINING", said motion approved by a majority vote,
that Laverne Crenshaw be appointed as Deputy County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, effective
June 1st, 1980, and that her salary be fixed at $7680.00 per annum, payable out of Officers
Salary Fund.
