NO. 14030 APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR AIRPORT LAND ACQUISITION FOR
RUNWAY EXTENSION AT KERRVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
On this the 23rd day of May 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved an Agreement for Engineering Services for
Airport Land Acquisition for Runway Extension at the Kerrville Municipal Airport, between
the City of Kerrville and Kerr County and Motheral Industries, Inc., and that the County Judge,
Julius R. Neunhoffer, be authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Kerr County,
subject to concurrence by the City of Kerrville.

NO. 14031 APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR TEMPORARY ENTRANCE ROAD AT
KERRVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
On this the 23rd day of May 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved an Agreement for Engineering Services,
between the City of Kerrville and Kerr County and Motheral Industries, Inc., for temporary
entrance road at Kerrville Municipal Airport and that the County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer,
be authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Kerr County, subject to concurrence by
the City of Kerrville.

NO. 14032 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF DOROTHY SLdITH, COUNTY TREASURER, FOR APPOINTMENT OF
LaVERNE CRENSHAW AS DEPUTY COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 23rd day of May 1980, came on to be considered by the Court, the application
of Dorothy Smith, County Treasurer, for authority to appoint and deputize Laverne Crenshaw,
as Deputy County Treasurer. Upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commission-
er Lich, with Commissioners Garrett, Speakmon and Lich and County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Guthrie "ABSTAINING", said motion approved by a majority vote,
that Laverne Crenshaw be appointed as Deputy County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, effective
June 1st, 1980, and that her salary be fixed at $7680.00 per annum, payable out of Officers
Salary Fund.

County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas.

ANN YOW, AS DEPUTY DISTRICT CLERK OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 23rd day of May 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
'Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Application of Mary Brooks, District
Clerk, for a merit increase for Mari Ann Yow, Deputy District Clerk of Kerr County, Texas,
:from $7080.00 per annum to $7680.00 per annum, effective June 1st, 1980.
