COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION JUNE 3rd, 1980 at 10:00 o'clock
A.M., with the following officers present:
JULIUS R. NEUNHOFFER County Judge
FRAIQK L. SPEAKMON Commissioner Precinct No. 2
BILLY JOE GUTHRIE, JR. Commissioner Precinct No. 4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 14035 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF PAUL FIELDS, SHERIFF, FOR APPOINTMENT OF KENNETH EUGENE
HUFFAKER AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 3rd day of June 1930, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the application of Paul Fields,
Sheriff, for authority to appoint and deputize Kenneth Eugene Huffaker as Deputy Sheriff of
Kerr County, Texas and that his salary be fixed at $11,100.00 per annum, effective the date
of his qualification, the same being June 3rd, 1980, payable out of Officers Salary Fund.

NO. 14036 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF FOREST WEST FOUR - PHASE I
On this the 6th day of June 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Forest West Four -
Phase I. (Plat is in City Limits of Kerrville).
