On this the 9th day of June, 1980 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of an agreed settlement negotiated by legal counsel for Kerr County and Travelers
Insurance Company in Cause No. 78-43-A, 216th District Court styled Howell vs. Kerr County
and it appearing to the Court that such compromise and settlement as negotiated is in the
best interest of Kerr County, it is Ordered on Motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon and unanimously approved	by	the	Court that	Kerr County	approve and
ratify the proposed settlement and compromise	and	that	a voucher	be drawn on	the General Fund
