On this the 9th day of June 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the request of Doris Lee Smith,
Tax Assessor-Collector, for a salary increase for Paula Rector, Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector,
from $8,040.00 per annum to $8,640.00 per annum ($50.00 per month increase), effective June
1st, 1980.

On this the 9th day of June 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the request of Doris Lee Smith, Tax
Assessor-Collector, for a merit increase for Bobbie Nell Leedy, as Assistant Chief Deputy
Tax Assessor-Collector, from $9,000.00 per annum to $9,780.00 per annum, effective June 1,
1980.

NO. 14058 ORDER AUTHORIZING EMPLOYMENT OF ANITA FUENTES AS SECRETARY TO THE COUNTY ATTORNEY
On this the 9th day of June 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the employment of Anita Fuentes as
Secretary to the County Attorney, James C. Nogues, and that her salary be fixed at $7,080.00
per annum, effective June 1, 1980, payable out of Officers Salary Fund.

by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the Plats of COUNTRY MANOR SECTION ONE
AND COUNTRY MANOR SECTION T4T0, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways
will not be assumed by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said mainten-
ance and until roads are constructed to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County
Precinct No. 1.
