and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 14064 APPROVAL OF RE-PLAT OF RIVERHILL TOWNHOUSE TRACTS NO. FOUR
On this the 8th day of July 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Re-Plat of Riverhill Townhouse
Tracts No. Four, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be
assumed by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until
roads are constructed to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One.

NO. 14065 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF LOTS 5 & 6 OF QUAIL RUN ESTATES
"~ On this the 8th day of July 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT OF LOTS 5 ~ 6 OF QUAIL
RUN ESTATES, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed
by Kerr County, until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads
are constructed according to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 2.

NO. 14066 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SLEEPY HOLLOW SECTION TSQO
On this the 8th day of July 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of SLEEPY HOLLOW SECTION TWO,
subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr
County until roadways are paved according to the specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr
County Precinct No. Four and until residential development shall justify said maintenance.
