COUNTY OF KERR X BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 14th day
of July 1980 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

The taking and receiving of bids for a Tractor Loader for use by the Commissioner of
Kerr County Precinct No. 1 and for one 1980 3/4 ton Crew Cab two seat Pickup for use
by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department were declared closed at this time.

REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR, FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION
On this the 14th day of July 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that all bids received for a tractor
loader for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One, be referred to the County
Auditor, Don Williamson, for study and recommendation.

NO. 14068 BIDS FOR ONE 1980 3/4 TON CREW CAB, TWO SEAT PICKUP FOR USE BY THE KERB COUYdTY
SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION
On this the 14th day of July 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that all bids received for one 1980 3/4
ton crew cab, two seat pickup, for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, be referred
to the County Auditor, Don Williamson, for study and recommendation.

NO. 14069 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 14th day of July 1980, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since the
last term o£ Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge #1, #2, #3, #4, General, Officers Salary,
F. M. & Lateral Road, General Road & Bridge, Public Library, County Law Library, Highway 16
Right of LQay, 216th District Probation, Jury, Jail Operating, Revenue Sharing and Special
Road Construction Fund No. 1, as shown in the Disbursements' Journal in the County Auditor's
Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett and unanimously
approved by the Court.

On this the 14th day of July 1980, came on to be examined by the Court, the various

NO. 14071 4UARTEALY REPORTS ON TRUST FUND Ai3D FINES OF COUNTY CLERK APPROVED
On this the 14th day of July 1980, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June 1980, and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $9,546.31.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $7,861.20.
Motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 14072 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES

On this the 14th day of July 1980, came on to be considered by the Court the semi-annual '
report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her
hands for the period from January 1st, 1980 and ending June 30th, 1980 and held on deposit
in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $9,546.31.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.

matter of ratification and confirmation of the investment of certain funds out of the Kerr
County Permanent School Fund;
