ONE AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT TO EDENS IMPLED4ENT COMPANY On this the 25th day of July 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of delivery of one new Ford 445 Tractor Loader 1980, Model No. KD312K, Serial No. C627841, Unit No. 9K25B, with 745 Loader, Ser. No. CL30337, in the amount of $13,090.65, which includes a trade-in of one 1959 Ford Tractor Loader. (Delivered Price - $15,590.65 less trade-in $2,500.00 = $13,090.65. It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $13,090.65, payable to Edens Implement Company, out of the General Road and Bridge Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 14090 ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY OF ONE 1980 3/4 TON CREW CAB, TWO SEAT PICKUP FROM HILL COUNTRY MOTORS, INC. FOR USE BY THE KERB COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT On this the 25th day of July 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of delivery of one 1980 3/4 ton crew cab, two seat pickup from Hill Country Motors, Inc., for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department. It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $9,348.00, payable to Hill Country Motors, Inc., out of the General Fund.
