X BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 11th
day of August 1980 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

VICTOR LICH Commissioner Precinct No. 3
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 14093 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 11th day of August 1980, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge #1, #2, #3, #4, General, Officers Salary,
County Law Library, Jury, 216th District Probation, Jail Operating, F. A4. & Lateral Road and
Revenue Sharing Trust Funds, as shown in the Disbursements' Journal in the County Auditor's
Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 14094 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERB COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 11th day of August 1980, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been heard
and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the County
Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

NO. 14095 BUDGET HEARING SET FOR AUGUST 26th, 1980 at 9:00 O'CLOCK A. M.
On this the 11th day of August 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that a public hearing on the 1981
Budget for Kerr County, Texas, be set at 9:00 o'clock A. M., Tuesday, August 26th, 1980,
in the County Courtroom of the Courthouse, in the City of Kerrville The County Clerk
be hereby directed to issue notice by publication, with notice thereof to be published in
the official newspaper of Kerr County one time, that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County
will submit for consideration of the public, a Budget for the control of the County Financial
Affairs during the fiscal year, January 1st, 1981 to December 31, 1981, the same to be at a
public hearing to be held August 26th, 1980 at 9:00 o'clock A. M., in the County Courtroom
of the Courthouse in the City of Kerrville, Texas.
