On this the 11th day of August 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that a public hearing on the 1981 Budget for Kerr County, Texas, be set at 9:00 o'clock A. M., Tuesday, August 26th, 1980, in the County Courtroom of the Courthouse, in the City of Kerrville The County Clerk be hereby directed to issue notice by publication, with notice thereof to be published in the official newspaper of Kerr County one time, that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County will submit for consideration of the public, a Budget for the control of the County Financial Affairs during the fiscal year, January 1st, 1981 to December 31, 1981, the same to be at a public hearing to be held August 26th, 1980 at 9:00 o'clock A.
