On this the 11th day of August 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Coaunissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the request of Aime Frank Real, for
use of the Agriculture Exhibition Building, for their annual Fall Lamb Sale, September 5th
and September 6th, 1980, at a charge of $100.00 per day, plus clean-up, and if clean-up is not
satisfactorily performed by user, an additional fee of $150.00 is to be charged.

NO. 14106 APPROVAL OF CERTIFICATES OF CORRECTION ON DELINQUENT TAX ROLL
On this the 11th day of August 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved Certificates of Correction, for
erroneous tax certificates, Certificate No. 4804, Page 33, Line 46 for 1978 and Certificate
No. 9514, Page 19, Lines 16 and 17 for 1974, on Delinquent Tax Rolls, by Doris Lee Smith, Tax
Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas.

NO. 14107 APPORTIONMENT OF $22,000.00 FROM F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND
On this the 11th day of August 1480, ugon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $22,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund
to the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:
Road & Bridge Precinct No. 1 ----- $6,000.00
Road & Bridge Precinct No. 2 ----- $5,000.00
Road & Bridge Precinct PIO. 3 ----- $5,000.00
Road & Bridge Precinct No. 4 ----- $6,000.00

On this the 11th day of August 1930, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded

Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $7,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jail
Operating Fund.

er be authorized to transfer the sum of $15,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
Salary Fund.
