for the period beginning April 1st, 1980 and ending June 30th, 1980, and the same having
been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part hereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the
filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as there-
in shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved; the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts
of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.

by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the Application of Emmie M. Muenker,
County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, for merit increases of Mary Ann Mumme, Deputy County
Clerk, from $7,080.00 per annum to $7,440.00 per annum and of Patty Burow, Deputy County Clerk,
from $7,080.00 per annum to $7,440.00 per annum, effective as of August 1, 1980.

effective as of August 1, 1980.

On this the 11th day of August 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the professional services of
Pressler, Thompson and Company be employed to audit the books of the County and Precinct
Officials of Kerr County, Texas for the calendar year 1980.
