' COURT COI3VENED IN SPECIAL SESSION AUGUST 26th, 1980 at 9:00 o'clock A. M., with
the following officers present:
JULIUS R. NEUNHOFFER	County Judge			
EARL GARRETT	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	1
FRANK L. SPEAKMON	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	2
VICTOR LICH	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	3
BILLY JOE GUTHRIE, JR.	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 14115 ADOPTION OF BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1981
On this the 26th day of August 1980, came on to be considered by the Court the public
hearing in the matter of the Adoption of the County Budget for the year 1981.
It appearing to the Court that proper notices have been published in the Official News-
paper of I:err County, in the City of Kerrville, Texas, for one week prior to the hearing
date hereof, and after thorough examination by the Court and the consideration of the public
interest of the community, the Court is of the opinion that the proposed Budget should be
approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the '""
Court unanimously approved Adoption of the County Budget for the year 1981.
