COUNTY OF KERR X BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 8th
day of September 1980 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular
Term of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 14116 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 8th day of September 1980, came on to be examined by the Court, the
various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts,
since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the
Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge #1, #2, #3, #4, General, Officers
Salary, Jury, Co. Law Library, Kerr County Public Library, 216th District Probation, F. M.
& Lateral Road, General Road & Bridge, Jail Operating and Revenue Sharing Trust Funds, as
shown in the Disbursements' Journal in the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part
hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 14117 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERB COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 8th day of September 1980, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same	having been
heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and fi	led with the
County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

NO. 14118 SALARY IIQCREASE FOR DISTRICT COURT REPORTER OF THE 198TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
On this the 8th day of September 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a salary increase for the Official
District Court Reporter of the 193th Judicial District from $7,260.40 to $7,779.00 per
annum, effective September 1st, 1980, for Kerr County's proportion.

NO. 14119 APPROVAL OF ANNUAL REPORTS OF TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR FOR TAX YEAR 1979, ENDING
JUNE 30, 1980
On this the 8th day of September 1980, came on to be examined by the Court the settle-
ment with Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-Collector, for the period ending June 30, 1980 and
it appearing to the Court that said reports are in proper form and should be approved, and
