by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Cypress Falls Section One,
subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr
County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are con-
structed and paved gccording to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct
No. 4.

NO. 14126 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR, DORIS LEE SMITH, FOR APPOINTMENT
OF CYNTHIA D. HALTOM AS DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR OF KERR COUTQTY, TEXAS
On this the 8th day of September 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the Application of Doris Lee Smith,
Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize Cynthia D. Haltom As Deputy
Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, and that her salary be fixed at $7080.00 per
annum, effective the date of her qualification, the same being September 10th, 1980, payable
out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.

PROCLAMATION TO PROVIDE QUAIL BAG AND POSSESSION LIMITS

seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved an Amendment to the 1980-81
Statewide Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation to provide quail bag and possession
