Salary Fund.

NO. 14132 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF PAUL FIELDS, SHERIFF, FOR APPOINTMENT OF WILLIAM R.
HIERHOLZER AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 8th day of September 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Garrett, Lich and Guthrie and Judge Neunhoffer voting
"AYE" and Commissioner Speakmon abstaining from voting, said motion carrying by a majority
vote, that the Application of Paul Fields, Sheriff, for authority to appoint and deputize
William R. Hierholzer as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be approved. Said application
is to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of David Blankenship, Deputy Sheriff, on
September 5th, 1980.
It is further ordered that the salary of William R. Hierholzer, as Deputy Sheriff, be
fixed at $11,100.00 per annum, effective the date of his qualification, payable out of Officers
Salary Fund.

claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 2 and General Fund$,as shown in the Dis-
bursements' Journal in the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this
order.
Notion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and unanimously
approved by the Court.
