STARKEY, III, FOR ADDITIONS TO COUNTERS & PARTITIONS IN KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE On this the 25th day of September 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the Bid sub- mitted by Alonzo L. Starkey, III, in the amount of $3,500.00, as the lowest and best bid, for additions to Counters and Partitions in the Kerr County Courthouse, as recommended by Whitton Associates, Planners-Engineers. NO. 14141 STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF KERB o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o RESOLUTION VdHEREAS, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas has had brought to its attention the need for a continuing program to provide sound medical and dental care in the Kerr County Detention Facility; and WfiEREAS, such a program is available under funding by the Governor's Office, Criminal Justice Division; and WHEREAS, the Commissioners' Court of I:err County is aware of and feels this program will aid in the proper safe operation of the Detention Facility; NOL4 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Commissioners' Court does authorize the continuation of this program in the Kerr County Detention Facility, and the submission of this request to the Governor's Office, Criminal Justice Division. The Commissioners' Court further authorizes the sum of $1,400.00 as the local share of the proposed funding.
