On this the 13th day of October 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the salary of Doris Lee Smith, ChieŁ
Appraiser of the Kerr County Tax Appraisal District, in the amount of $6000.00 per annum,
effective October 1st, 1980, in conformity with action of the Directors of the Kerr County
Tax Appraisal Board and that said salary be paid out of the Tax Appraisal Office Fund.

DISTRICT APPROVED, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1st, 1980
On this the 13th day of October 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the salary of Ora Wray, Appraiser in
the office of the Kerr County Tax Appraisal District, effective October 1, 1980, in the amount
of $12,000.00 per annum, plus $600.00 per annum travel allowance and that her salary be paid
out of the Tax Appraisal Office Fund.

Equipment Company, for improvements on the Airport Apron and Taxiway at the Kerrville Munici-
pal Airport, in concurrence with the City of Kerrville. Said bid was the lowest and best
bid and recommended by Motheral Industries, Inc., in the amount of $152,852.50.
It is further ordered that County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer, be authorized to execute
said contract, on behalf of Kerr County.

N0. 14155 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF BARRY WARD, FOR USE OF THE AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING,
OCTOBER 17th and 18th, 1980, FOR THE HILL COUNTRY SYdINE SALE
On this the 13th day of October 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the request of Barry LVard, for use of
the Agriculture Exhibition Building, October 17th and 18th, 1980, for the Hill Country Swine
Sale, at a charge of $100.00 per day, plus clean-up. If clean-up is not performed satis-
factorily, an additional fee of $150.00 per day will be charged.

NO. 14156 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF EOFF SUBDIVISION
On this the 13th day of October 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, second-
ed by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF EOFF SUBDIVISION, in
Precinct No. 2, subject to the provisions that Kerr County does not accept the roadways at
this time, due to the fact that the Contractor guarantees his work for a period of one year.
After the Contractor's one year warranty, and if residential development justifies said
maintenance, Kerr County will at that time accept the maintenance of the roadways.

On this the 13th day of October 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $22,000.00 from the General Road & Bridge
Fund and $22,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund to the four Road and Bridge Precincts,
as follows:
