by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court
of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 603 thru 612, Volume O.

NO. 14163 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF PdARY BROOKS, DISTRICT CLERK FOR APPOINTMENT OF PATRICIA
BOYETT, AS DEPUTY DISTRICT CLERK OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 13th day of October 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the application of Mary Brooks, District
Clerk, for authority to appoint and deputize Patricia Boyett, as Deputy District Clerk of Kerr
County, Texas, at a salary of $7,080.00 per annum, effective the date of qualification, payable
out of Officers Salary Fund.

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 14164 AN ORDER by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, ratifying, confirming
and approving a Memorandum of Agreement pertaining to the financing of an industrial
development project between the Kerr County Industrial Development Corporation and
Kerr Publications, Inc.
WHEREAS, the Kerr County Industrial Development Corporation has submitted to this Court
for approval a T.4emorandum of Agreement between such Corporation and Kerr Publications, Inc.
pertaining to the financing of an industrial development project, such agreement being attach-
ed hereto as Exhibit A and made a part of this order for all purposes; and
i°7HEREAS, this Court has reviewed the foregoing agreement and determined that such project
will promote and encourage employment within Kerr County, Texas, and benefit the public welfare,
and the same should be approved; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BX THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS,
that the Memorandum of Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A, by and between the Kerr County
Industrial Development Corporation and Kerr Publications, Inc. is hereby in all respects ~',
ratified, confirmed and approved and the parties thereto may proceed with the project describ- '~
ed therein and the making of arrangements for the financing thereof.
