of November 1980 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

NO. 14174 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 10th day of November 1980, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge #1, #2, #3, #4, F. M. & Lateral Road,
General, Officers Salary, Jury, County Law Library, 216th District Probation, Revenue Sharing
Trust and Jail Operating Funds, as shown in the Disbursements' Journal in the County Auditor's
Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 14175 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS APPROVED
On this the 10th day of November 1980, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been
heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the
County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

WAY PROCUREDiENT BY AND BETWEEN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND COUNTY OF	KERR FOR 90-10
RIGHT OF WAY LOCATED ON STATE LOOP 534 FROM FARD4 TO A7ARKET ROAD	689, SOUTH OF
KERRVILLE, NORTHYTEST TO STATE HIGHWAY 16	
On this the 10 day of November, 1980 A. D., came on for consideration by the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, convened in Regular Term, the matter of Kerr County entering into
Contractual Agreement for Right of Way Procurement by and between the State Department of
Highways and Public Transportation and I:err county, acting by and through its duly authorized
officials, by executing four copies of Form D-15-38 for the procurement of right of way on a
90-10 right of way project on State Loop 534, from Farm to Market Road 689, South of Kerrville,
Northwest to State Highway 16, Kerr County, Texas, and that the County Judge, Julius R.
