D., came on for consideration by the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, convened in Regular Term, the matter of Kerr County entering into Contractual Agreement for Right of L+Iay Procurement by and between the State Department of "' Highways and Public Transportation and Kerr county, acting by and through its duly authorized officials, by executing four copies of Form D-15-38 for the procurement of right of way on a 90-10 right of way project on State Loop 534, from Farm to Market Road 689, South of Kerrville, Northwest to State Highway 16, Kerr County, Texas, and that the County Judge, Julius R. 62Ei !~ Neunhof£er, be authorized to sign any other papers that may be needed during the work on this '~, project. i THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County that Kerr County enter into Contractual Agreement for Right of Way Procurement by executing four copies of Form D-15- ', 38 for Procurement of right of way on a 90-10 right of way project on State Loop 534, from Farm to Market Road 689, South of Kerrville, Northwest to State Highway 16 in Kerr County, .Texas; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer, be authorized and he is hereby authorized to sign any and all papers that may be needed during the work on this project. Kerr County accepts the offer made by the State to waive the requirements that the County submit property valuations to the State and the State make the determination of values at State expense, as provided in Paragraph 2 under "Determination of Right of I~7ay Values" in said Contractual Agreement. Under motion of Commissioner Lich, and seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the motion was ,passed unanimously and it was so ordered passed. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o ' N0. 14177 RATIFICATION AI3D CONFIRP4ATION OF INVESTMENT OF CERTAIN FUTdDS OUT OF I:ERR COUNTY PERMANENT SCHOOL FUND On this the 10 day o£ November, 1980, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of ratification and confirmation of the investment of certain funds out of the ', Kerr County Permanent School Fund; And it appearing to the Court that the sum of $25,600.00 out of the principal account has been invested as required by law. i It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and un- animously approved by the Court that the action of the Chas. Schreiner Bank, whereby an invest- ment of $25,600.00 from the account of the Kerr County Permanent School Fund in a 182 day money market certificate be in all things ratified and confirmed. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o ' NO. 14178 ORDER APPROVING SALARY OF ASSISTAP7T CHIEF APPRAISER OF THE KERB COUNTY TAX APPRAISAL DISTRICT On this the 10th day of November 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, second- ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the salary of Thomas P.
