On this the 10th day of November 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $22,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund
to the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:

On this the 10th day of November 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer
be authorized to apportion the sum of $7,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jail Operating
I Fund

NO. 14188 TRAISFER OF $2000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO LOOP 534 RIGHT OF WAY FUND
On this the 10th day of November 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $2000.00 from the General Fund to the Loop 534
Right of Way Fund, and it is further ordered that upon maturity of the Certificate of Deposit
on December 11 1980, that the sum of $2000.00 be transferred from Loop 534 Right of Way Fund
to the General Fund.

I7O. 14189 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT FOR QUARTEP. ENDING SEPTEMBER 30th, 1930
On this the 10th day of November 1930, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came
on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy Smith, County Treasurer of Kerr County,
Texas, for the period beginning July 1, 1980 and ending September 30th, 1980, and the same
having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part hereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the
filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as there-
in shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is here-
by approved; the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts of
said Treasurer in accordance with this order.

FOR 4'dINNIE LEATHERAIAN, DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR
On this the 10th day of November 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded

by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the request of Doris Lee Smith, Tax
Assessor-Collector, for a salary increase for Winnie Leatherman, Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector
from $7080.00 per annum to $7440.00 per annum ($30.00 per month increase), effective November
1, 1980.

On this the 26 day of November 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Corunissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the application of PAUL FIELDS,
SHERIFF, for authority to appoint and deputize Y7ILLYAP•4 V. HILL as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr Count},
Texas and that his salary be fixed at $11,100.00 per annum, effective the date of his qualific
Lion, the same being December 1st, 1980, payable out of Officers Salary Fund.
