On this the 8th day oŁ December 1980, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge ##1, ~2, #±3, ##4, General, Lateral Road 2,
Lateral Road 3, Officers Salary, Revenue Sharing Trust, 216th District Probation, Jail
Operating, County Law Library, Jury, Public Library and F. M. & Lateral Road Funds, as shown
in the Disbursements' Journal in the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and;

Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the December payday be set for
December 22nd, 1980, for officials, employees and allowances.

NO. 14196 APPROVAL OF ATdTdUAL PAYMENT TO SID PETERSON MEIIORIAL HOSPITAL
On this the 8th day of December 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved an annual payment to the Sid Peterson
Memorial Tlospital in the amount of $3500.00, as budgeted, payable out of the General Fund,
_ toward care of indigent patients.
