the matter of adopting a schedule of fees to be collected on behalf of I:err County by the
Upper Guadalupe River Authority pursuant to its contractual agreement with Kerr County for ~
the administration and implementation of the Rerr County Private Sewage Facility Regulation
Program; and after due consideration of recommendations received from the Upper Guadalupe
River Authority it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner
