On this the 8th day of December, 1980 came on to be heard and considered by the Court

the matter of adopting a schedule of fees to be collected on behalf of I:err County by the
Upper Guadalupe River Authority pursuant to its contractual agreement with Kerr County for
the administration and implementation of the Kerr County Private Sewage Facility Regulation
Program; and after due consideration of recommendations received from the Upper Guadalupe
River Authority it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner
Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court that such schedule of fees to be collected shall
be as follows:
