of Kerr County and the State of Texas in the matter of intervening and filing claims in the
District Courts of Kerr County, pursuant to Article 7345b, Texas Civil Statutes, at such time
as the 20 individual delinquent tax suits listed on "Exhibit A" hereto attached dated Idove^~bes
14, 1980 are filed by legal counsel for the Kerrville Independent School District in the said
I District Courts; and it appearing to the Court that Kerr County's intervention and filing of
claims in these proposed delinquent tax suits is required to preserve the claims of Kerr
County and the State of Texas arising from delinquent taxes due them and constituting a lien

sinners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, on motion by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commis-
sioner Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Judge
of Kerr County be authorized to execute that certain 27 page lease agreement between City of
Kerrville and the County of Kerr, Lessor, and R.R. LTD., Lessee, covering a 3.32 acre tract
of airport land for a period of 33 years, as the act and deed of the County of Kerr. Each
page thereof was initialed by the County Judge for identification.
