On this the 8th day of December 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the recommendation of the EMS Study
Committee for a 30-day extension of the current existing Contract between Kerr County and
the City of Kerrville and Anthony J. Smith, d/b/a Kerr Emergency Medical Service, from Janua
1, 1981 through January 31, 19E1, subject to action by the City of Kerrville.
