On this the 8th day of December, 1980, at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Commis-
sioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, on motion by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commis-
sinner Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Judge
of Kerr County be authorized to execute that certain 27 page lease agreement between City of
Kerrville and the County of Kerr, Lessor, and R.R. LTD., Lessee, covering a 3.32 acre tract
of airport land for a period of 33 years, as the act and deed of the County of Kerr. Each
