II sioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, on motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by ~j

Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County
Judge of Kerr County be authorized to execute the attached "Access and Utility Easement
Agreement" by and between the City of Kerrville and County of I:err and RR LTD., providing
for access to the leased premises. Each page thereof was initialed by the County 3udge for
identification.

On this the 3th day of December, 1930, at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Commis-
sioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, by motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, and unanimously approved by the Court, it was ordered that the
Kerrville-Kerr County Airport Policies and Standards (revised October, 1930) and containing
19 pages, a copy of which Standards is attached and incorporated herein, are hereby adopted
as the Policies, Standards, Rules and Regulations governing Airport matters. Each page
thereof was initialed by the County Judge for identification.
