Sutton, District Attorney of the 193th Judicial D_strict, for supple mental co:nl~ensation to be paid by Kerr County to Charlie Strauss, Assistant District Attorney of the 198th Judicial District, and it appearing to the Court that the services being rendere in Kerr County by the said Assistant District Attorney warrant the granting of such request and that such action be authorized under the provisions of Article 332a, Vernon's Texas Statutes.
