On this the 8th day of December 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the balance of funds
in the Flood Damage Repair Fund be transferred to the Road & Bridge Precinct Funds as follows

Road	and	Bridge	No.	2 --	-- $14,057.42
Road	and	Bridge	No.	3 --	-- $15,095.71
Road	and	Bridge	No.	4 --	-- $25,621.68
It is further ordered that the Flood Damage Repair Fund be closed on the Books of the
County Treasurer.

NO. 14213 EMPLOYIfiENT OF PAULA DORAN AS 4-H PROGRAM ASSISTANT IN THE KERR COUNTY EXTENSION
OFFICE, EFFECTIVE 1-20-1981
On this the 8th day of December 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the employment of Paula Doran, as
4-H Program Assistant in the Kerr County Extension Office, effective January 20, 1981 and
that her compensation be fixed at $7,080.00 per annum, plus 500.00 per annum for travel
expenses and that her salary be paid out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, effective that date.

198TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
On this the 3th day of December 1980, came on to be heard and considered by the Court,
the request of Ronald L. Sutton, District Attorney of the 193th Judicial D_strict, for supple
mental co:nl~ensation to be paid by Kerr County to Charlie Strauss, Assistant District Attorney
of the 198th Judicial District, and it appearing to the Court that the services being rendere
in Kerr County by the said Assistant District Attorney warrant the granting of such request
and that such action be authorized under the provisions of Article 332a, Vernon's Texas
Statutes.
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, with
Commissioners Garrett and Lich and County Judge Voting "AYE" and Commissioners Speakmon and
Guthrie voting "TdO", said motion carrying by a majority vote, that effective December 1, 1930,
Kerr County pay supplemental salary compensation to Charlie Strauss, Assistant District Attor
ney of the 198th Judicial District, in the amount of $150.OOper month, payable out of the
General Fund of Kerr County and at the pleasure of the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County.
