County Judge Commissioner Precinct No. 1 Commissioner Precinct No. 2 Commissioner Precinct No. 3 Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the following proceedings were had: N0. 14222 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 30th day of December 1980, came on to be examined by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge No. 1, General Road and Bridge, General, Public Library and Officers Salary Funds, as shown in the Disbursements' Journal in the County Auditor's Office, which are made a part hereof and of this order. Motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14223 ORDER ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF CERTAIN ROADWAYS WITHIN RIVERHILL DEVELOPMENT AREA On this the 30th day of December, 1980 came on to be heard and considered by the Court ttie tendered dedication as public roadways of certain roadways within the Riverhill Development area, which proposed dedication reaffirms and ratifys certain previous dedicat heretofore made and additionally dedicates certain roadways not heretofore dedicated but whi are in general use by the public; and it appearing to the Court that it would be in the public interest to accept the aforesaid dedication it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County accept the said dedication dated December 11, 1980 and heretofore executed on behalf of the grantor on the terms and conditions therein set forth and as to all roadways set forth in the Exhibits "A, A-1, & A-2" thereto appended; and that the County Judge of Kerr County be authorized to sign the said dedication on behalf of Kerr County and that the acceptance be conditioned on the grantor filing the instrument of dedication in the Deed Records of Kerr County; and it is further ordered that a copy of said dedication be recorded in the minutes of the Court as a portion of this order, but subsequent to its being filed for record in the deed records of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14224 ORDER RATIFYING JUDGE'S EXECUTION OF ADDENDUM TO EXISTING LEASE WITH RR LTD. On the 30th day of December, 1980, at a special session of the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, came on to be considered the matter of ratifying the County Judge's execution of that certain addendum to the existing lease with RR LTD.; and it appearing to Court that such execution and ratification thereof is necessary to show that the lease term begins on December 12, 1980, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commis-) sinner Guthrie and unanimously approved that the County Judge's execution of that certain addendum to the existing lease with RR LTD. showing the lease term beginning on December 12, 1980, be ratified. Pfeiffer (Seal) o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14225 ORDER RESCINDING ORDER N0. 11764 AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO RELATIVE TO PAYMENTS OF CERTAIN SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES TO CERTAIN COUNTY EMPLOYEES FROM REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND On this the 30th day of December, 1980 came on to be heard and considered by the Court ~'/~ J the matter of terminating prior authorization for the payment of certain salaries and allow- ances to certain County employees from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund; and it appearing to the Court that prior statutory authority under which Revenue Sharing Funds were received expired as of September 30, 1980 and that funds presently remaining on deposit in Kerr County': Revenue Sharing Trust Fund have been largely expended, and that the 1981 budget of Kerr County does not provide for the continued payments of salaries and allowances to County employees out of said fund, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett and unanimously approved by the Court that Order No. 11764 entered on the 8th day of January, 1973 and subsequent orders of amendment thereto which authorized the aforesaid pay- ments be rescinded effective January 1, 1981. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14226 ORDER ESTABLISHING POLICY OF KERB COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' COURT RELATIVE TO CONSIDERATION OF REQUESTS FOR SALARY INCREASES FOR COUNTY EMPLOYEES On this the 30th day of December, 1980 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of establishing a policy of the Kerr County Commissioners' Court relative to consideration of requests for salary increases for county employees; and it appearing to the Court that an orderly procedure for such consideration should be established, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and unanimously approved by the Court that effective January 1, 1981 the Commissioners' Court will consider salary increases, including requests for merit raises for employees compensated on a per annum basis, only at the regular January and June terms of the Court; provided however, that this policy shall not apply to newly employed personnel until they attain full pay status of equivalent employees. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 14227 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF LAKE INGRAM ESTATES SECTION TWO On this the 30th day of December 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded ". by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the PLAT OF LAKE INGRAM ESTATES SECTION TWO, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed and paved according to the specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County
