N0. 14228 APPROVAL OF AP~IENDt4ENT TO EXISTING AGREEMENT BETWEEN KERB COUNTY AND MOORE SERVICE
On this the 30th day of December 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of an amendment to the
existing Agreement between Kerr County and Moore Service, and that effective February 1, 1981,
the monthly rate for garbage and refuse collection, will be increased from $975.00 per month
to $1081.00 per month.

N0. 14229 RESIGNATION OF ANITA M. FUENTES, SECRETARY TO THE COUNTY ATTORNEY
On this the 30th day of December 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, second-{
ed by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Anita M.
Fuentes, Secretary to the County Attorney, James C. Nogues, be ratified and confirmed, effec-
tive December 31st, 1980.

On this the 30th day of December 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the "216th Assistant District
Attorney Grant Fund" be closed on the books of the County Treasurer, effective December 31st,
1980

N0. 14231 TEMPORARY TRANSFER OF $4000.00 FROP4 GENERAL FUND TO KERR COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY
FUND
On this the 30th day of December 1980, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconde
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $4,000.00 from the General Fund to the Kerr
County Public Library Fund, temporarily, and upon maturity of a Certificate of Deposit 1/2/19$,
that the above sum be transferred back to the General Fund. i
