THIS DEDICATION entered into on this the 11th day of December, 1980, by RIVERHILL CLUB & Ii
ESTATES, LTD., a Texas limited partnership acting by and through its duly authorized general
j partner, Silco, Inc., ("Riverhill");
W I T N E S S E T H
Riverhill is the owner of those certain tracts or parcels of land situated in Kerr County!,
Texas which are more particularly described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part
a
hereof for all purposes, (the "Roads").
It is the desire of Riverhill to hereby dedicate the Roads to the public use as herein-:
after set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, Riverhill hereby dedicates the Roads to the pubic use,forevie~
for road, street and right-of-way purposes. To the extent any portion of the Roads have
heretofore been dedicated this Dedication shall be a reaffirmation and ratification of the
same.
This Dedication is being accepted and approved by the County of Kerr, Texas, subject
to the following understanding and agreement, which shall be binding upon, and shall inure
to the benefit of, Riverhill and the County of Kerr, and their respective successors and ,;

assigns:
1. No buildings, fences, trees, shrubs or other improvements or growths shall be con-
structed or placed upon or across the Roads hereby dedicated.
2. Riverhill will cause each of the Roads not already improved to be improved and paved;;
with a hard surface.
3. The County of Kerr will assume the maintenance of the Roads that are now paved and
improved as of March 1, 1981 and will assume the maintenance of each of the Roads which are
not paved as sogn as and when the same are paved and improved by Riverhill as herein provided.':
4. Riverhill will record this Dedication in such records and with such filing officers
as is necessary for the purposes hereof and/or as the County of Kerr shall direct and require.]
5. Riverhill and the County of Kerr will execute and deliver any and all other instru-
ments and documents and do and perform any and all such things and actions as shall be I
necessary to effecuate this Dedication, including without limitation the assumption of main-
tenance by the County of Kerr as herein set forth.
