ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY ATTORNEY TO EMPLOY TEMPORARY
SECRETARY
On this the 14th day of April 1980, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett,
the Court unanimously approved that the County Attorney,
James C. Nogues, be authorized to employ a temporary
secretary, on an hourly basis @ $3.62 per hour, effective
April 1, 1930.
