Terrell, Escrow, this being Kerr Countys one half of the total settlement arrived at by legal Counsel. Some of the claims and causes of action being released are set forth in the pleadings in the above styled and numbered cause. This releases future injuries or disease which may arise, or be claimed to arise, out of, future operations at, or use of, the said County Yard, which operations or use are not substantially different from those conducted in the past.
