THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT NO. ONE AND
AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT TO EDENS IMPLEMENT COMPANY
On this the 25th day of July 1980, upon motion made
by Commissioner Garrett , seconded by Commissioner
Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved acceptance oŁ

delivery oŁ one new Ford 445 Tractor Loader,/Blodel No. KD312K,
Serial No. C627841, Unit No. 9K25B, with 745 Loader, Ser. No.
CL30337, in the amount of $13,090.65, which includes
a trade-in oŁ one 1959 Ford Tractor Loader.
(Delivered Price - $15,590.65 less trade in $2,500.00 =
$13,090.65.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer
be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $13,090.65,
payable to Edens Implement Company, out oŁ the General Road
