FOR APPOINTMENT OF ------ DONNA WITT AS DEPUTY DISTRICT
CLERK
On this the 24th day of January 1980, upon motion made by
Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Garrett,
the Court unanimously approved the application of Mary
Brooks, District Clerk, for authority to appoint and
deputize ------ Donna Witt as Deputy District Clerk and
that her salary be fixed at $8790.00 per annum, effective
the date of her qualifications and that her salary be paid
out of Officers Salary Fund,
