On this the 14th day of July 1980, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court
unanimously approved the request of Mary Brooks, District Clerk,
for termination of the employment of Mari Ann Yow, as Deputy
District Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, effective as of July 8th,
1980.
