On this the 13th day of October 1980, upon motion made by
Commissioner S eakmon seconded by Commissioner
Garrett the Court unanimously approved the applica-
tion of Mary Brooks, District Clerk, for authority to appoint
and deputize Patricia Boyett , as Deputy District Clerk
of Kerr County, Texas, at a salary of $7,080.00 per annum,
effective the date of qualification, payable out of Officers
