the Court unanimously approved the Application of Emmie
M. Muenker, County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, for
merit increases of Mary Ann A4umme, Deputy County Clerk,
from $7,080.00 per annum to $7,440.00 per annum and of
Patty Burow, Deputy County Clerk, from $7,080.00 per annum
to $7,440.00 per annum, effective as of August 1, 1980.
