ORDER NO. 13980
SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 14th day of April 1980, came on to be considered
by the Court the returns to be canvassed, to determine the
results of the School Trustee Election, Divide Common School
District No. 12, held on April 5th, 1980.
Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the
returns of the above mentioned District, is of the opinion
that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated
in Volume 6 Page 89 Record of Election Returns, and
as certified by each member of the Commissioners' Court, and
upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie seconded by
Commissioner Garrett , the Court unanimously approved said
returns.
