ORDER NO. 14170
GENERAL ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND
TABULATED
On this the 7th day of November 1980, came on to be
considered by the Court the returns to be canvassed, to
determine the results of the General Election held on
November 4th, 1980. And the Court having canvassed and
tabulated the returns of the Nineteen Election Precincts
and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion
that said returns, after having been opened and canvassed,
are true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Speakmon ,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie the Court unanimous-
ly approved that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 6, Pages 99 thru 105, Record of Election Returns of
Kerr County, Texas, and as certified thereto by each member
of the Court, are in all respects approved.
