ORDER RESCINDIlVG ORDER NO. 11764 AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS
THERETO RELATIVE TO PAYMENTS OF CERTAIN SALARIES AND
ALLOWANCES TO CERTAIN COUNTY EMPLOYEES FROM REVENUE
SHARING TRUST FUND
On this the 30th day of December, 1980 came on to be heard
and considered by the Court the matter of terminating prior authorization
for the payment of certain salaries and allowances to certain County
employees from the Revenue Sharing Turst Fund; and it appearing to the
Court that prior statutory authority under which Revenue Sharing Funds
were received expired as of September 30, 1980 and that funds presently
remaining on deposit in Kerr County's Revenue Sharing Trust Fund have
been largely expended, and that the 1981 budget of Kerr County does not
provide for the continued payments of salaries and allowances to County
employees out of said fund, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Lich seconded by Commissioner
Garrett and
unanimously approved by the Court that Order No. 11764 entered on the
8th day of January, 1973 and subsequent orders of amendment thereto
which authorized the aforesaid payments be rescinded effective January 1,
1981.
