Prec. ~kl) (Roads maintained by County) 3-17-1982 KERRVILLE, TEXAS February 2, 1984 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Supplementing my note of January 30th, 1984, concerning Bushwhack Road, the facts stated concerning acceptance and maintenance of the road by Kerr County remains true, although a Plat covering the Turtle Creek Ranches Inc. Subdivision has never been officially approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court. It also remains true that several other roads in the same subdivision were long ago accepted and have since been maintained by Kerr County. Turtle Creek Ranches Subdivision is located in a rural area, but police protection is provided by the Kerr County Sheriff and fire protection is provided by the Turtle Creek Volunteer Fire Department, whose station is within three miles of that part of Bushwhack Road within the Subdivision.
