APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH MOTHERAL INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR
ENGIIJEERING SERVICES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL IL4PACT ASSESSMENT
REPORT FOR THE KERRVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
On this the 23rd day of May 1980, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the
Court unanimously approved an Agreement between Kerr County
and the City of Kerrville and P4otheral Industries, Inc.
for Engineering Services for Environmental Impact Assessment
Report for the Kerrville Municipal Airport and that the
County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer, be authorized to execute
said Agreement on behalf of Kerr County.
