APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR AIRPORT LAND
ACQUISITION FOR RUNWAY EXTENSION AT KERRVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
On this the 23rd day of May 1980, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court un-
animously approved an Agreement for Engineering Services for
Airport Land Acquisition for Runway Extension at the Kerrville
Municipal Airport, between the City of Kerrville and Kerr County
and Motheral Industries, Inc., and that the County Judge, Julius
R. Neunhoffer, be authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of Kerr County,, subject to concurrence by the City of Kerrville.

to the Municipal Airport and which need your approval at
your special meeting of Friday, May 23, 1980, if possible:

Motheral Industries, Inc, contract for engineering services
for airport land acquisition for runway extension at the
Municipal Airport, This item covers a total estimated
expenditure of $30,000 instead of the previously approved
amount of $35,000 and the contract approval is contingent
upon ultimate FAA and TAC approvals,
2. Motheral Industries, Inc. contract for engineering services
for temporary entrance road at Municipa] Airport. The
J~ estimated cost of engineering and survey expenses is
$7,200 and the total project budget, including engineering
and surveying, is $44,000;
These items are a part of the list of the "Estimation of
Local Expenses for 1980 Airport Improvement Program" which
has already been submitted to you for approval. Also, these
two items are scheduled to be on the Kerrville City Council
agenda for the meeting on May 27, 1980. Your concurrent
approval of these items will be appreciated.
