ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF SCIiWARTZ CONSTRUCTION FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF ACCESS ROAD TO PARKING APRON AT
AIRPORT
On this the 11th day of August 1980, upon motion
made by Commissioner Speakmon seconded by Commis-
sioner Lich the Court unanimously approved
acceptance of the bid of Schwartz Construction in
the amount of $32,847.75, for construction of access
road to parking apron at the Kerrville Municipal
Airport, as recommended by T~iotheral Industries
Incorporated, subject to concurrence by the City of
Kerrville.

Dear Judge Neunhoffer:
We received bids on July 29, 1980, at 10:00 a. m. in the City
Hall Conference Room, Kerrville, Texas for construction of a
temporary road to access to the new concrete apron at the
Kerrville Municipal Airport. After publicly opening and read-
ing the three bids, Mr. Lane Wolters and Mr. R. B. Motheral
received the following bids:

Dear Mr. Odle:
We received bids on July 29, 1980, at 10:00 a.m. in the Council chamber
of the City of Kerrville for the construction of a temporary road for access
to the new concrete apron at the Kerrville Municipal Airport. After pub-
licly opening and reading the three bids, Mr. Lane Wolters and R. B. Motheral
reviewed the bids with the following final tabulation resulting.

*2.	Griffin Construction 36,276.07	60 working	days
3.	Schwartz Construction 32,847.75	30 working	days
*The	bid amount has been corrected for mathmatical	errors.	
Since all three contractors are qualified to construct the project, we recom-
mend that the City of Kerrville and the County of Kerr accept the bid of
Schwartz Construction in the amount of X32,847.75.
