ORDER RATIFYING JUDGE'S EXECUTION OF ADDENDUM TO EXISTING
LEASE WITH RR LTD.
On the 30th day of December, 1980, at a special session of the
Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, came on to be considered the
matter of ratifying the County Judge's execution of that certain addendum
to the existing lease with RR LTD. ; and it appearing to the Court that
such execution and ratification thereof is necessary to show that the
lease term begins on December 12, 1980, it is ordered on motion
by Commissioner Lich seconded by Commissioner
Guthrie and unanimously approved that the County
Judge's execution of that certain addendum to the existing lease with
RR LTD. showing the lease term beginning on December 12, 1980,
be ratified.
Meeting held and order approved on this the 30th day of December,
1980.

Re: Lease Agreement dated December 12, 1980, between
City of Kerrville and County of Kerr, Texas, as
Lessor, and R.R., Ltd., a Texas limited partner-
ship, as Lessee (herein called the "Lease")
Gentlemen:
The captioned Lease provides that the commencement date of
the term thereof shall be that date upon which the construc-
tion of the "Temporary Entrance Road" providing access to the
Leased Premises is completed. We have been advised that you
have entered into appropriate contracts for the construction
of such Temporary Entrance Road and that work thereunder has
commenced. In order to expedite the development of the con-
struction project on the premises covered by the captioned
Lease, the undersigned, R.R., Ltd. has agreed to accept possess-
sion of the Leased Premises covered by such Lease immediately
and to accelerate the commencement date thereof so that same
shall be December 12, 1980. All of the other terms and provi-
sions of the Lease shall be and remain the same.
The undersigned does hereby remit to you the sum of $215.80,
being the first month's rental under the terms of such Lease.
Like monthly installments shall hereafter be due and payable
on the 15th day of each succeeding month throughout the term
of the Lease.
Inasmuch as monthly rental shall commence to accrue under the
Lease on the above-stated commencement date, no sum shall be
payable to you under the terms of the Access and Utility Ease-
ment Agreement dated December 12, 1980, and the undersigned
proposest to immediately commence to exercise all of its rights
and privileges under the terms and provisions of such Agreement.
Please evidence your approval of and consent to the foregoing
modifications to the terms and provisions of the captioned
